The Rāhui Sport Club got back into the swing of team sports with plenty of games on the weekend agenda.

The senior A and B rugby teams had pre-season games at Levin Domain, with good crowds indicating there’s a keen appetite to return to normal as much as possible after the Covid-19 lockdown.

Rāhui A (see photoT) won 17-12 against Levin College Old Boys with tries to Caleb Alaga, Tawhiri Kereama and Paora Connor-Phillips (also one convesion) after trailing 5-0 at halftime. The Bs lost 19-23 against LCOB.

Rāhui’s senior girls’ netball team also had their first game on Saturday in Levin against Waiopehu (score unavailable).
